Machining Centers

mc2/mc4
The  models mc2 and mc4  are the smallest of the Machining Centers line  produced  for small volumes (up to a minimum of 50/200 thousand components per annum) and suitable for high accuracy and extremely flexible machining operations on steel, cast iron and aluminium components.
Spark
The Spark machining centers – with the 1300X, 1600X and 2100X ranges – are available with numerous machine compositions to fulfil the innumerable needs of the most diverse sectors of application: we range over machining light alloy to harder material  with 4 or 5 axis solutions.
Thunder

The Thunder machining centers –  with the Thunder 500, Thunder 630 and Thunder 800 ranges, along with the versions Thunder 500TT, Thunder 630TT and Thunder 800TT equipped with tilting table – are characterised by a reversed T shape structure and a single compact base. They have been designed for machining aluminium, steel and cast iron components according to the most advanced machining technologies.

Storm

The Storm machining centers – with the Storm 1100, Storm 1400, Storm 1900 and Storm 2500 ranges, along with the Storm 940 and Storm 1250  versions with tilting table – are characterised by their considerable robustness and flexibility and have been designed for heavy machining on medium/large sized workpieces.

Rock
The Rock machining centers – with the Rock 2600 and Rock 3500 ranges, along with the Rock 1900 version with tilting table - are designed for roughing and finishing large workpieces. They are characterized by high flexibility and a strong structure
.
MCX

The MCX series is the perfect solution for highest dynamics combined with strong chip-removal. Thanks to largely dimensioned roller linear guideways in order to ensure long-term accuracy, rough and fine machining can be ideally combined. The robust MCX-machines guarantee a highly efficient machining of steel, cast iron and aluminium workpieces.

MCR

Among the machines of the MCR series you will find the perfect solution for all jobs that require top damping characteristics combined with highly precise fine finishing. The hand-scraped sliding guideways made of Teflon and bronze guarantee extremely high long-term accuracy due to low face pressure.
